So out of shape

(sorry about posting these... having fun ;)
And the course I ran, mapped on GMap Pedometer.
(Funny how mapping a jog like that brings the enormity of Tokyo down to a personal, human scale. If my lungs held out, I could easily run to Shibuya, Shimokitazawa, Naka Meguro, Shirokanedai...)

Weird... at first glance, I thought the map was Montreal - Laval and the Rivière des Prairies at the top, with the south shore and Fleuve St-Laurent at the bottom-right. Then I noticed the highway numbers and typography.
You're not out of shape. If you can run 4+ KMs at 8:34 PM, you're in better shape than many people.

You already can, just pace yourself. :) This reminds me of my first time in Paris in 2004. I was staying near the Eiffel tower, and woke up at 7am one morning to go for a jog. I went all the way up to Bois-de-Boulogne (top-left), past the Arc-de-Triomphe, then started down the Champs-Élysées, then Along the Seine, past the Louvre, Notre-Dame, the Gare d'Austerlitz, and was at the Grande Bibliothèque(bottom-right). It was barely 9:30am when I realized I just ran the breadth of one of the most beautiful cities in the world.
